After quite a few years of mental preparation I eventually took the step to start my own blog! Thanks to the encouragement and help of my youngest son. It always amazes me how, the older we become, the more timid we get to try new things. And what I realize more and more, is that the days of step by step manuals are a thing of the past. The younger generations seems to be born with a natural ability to use and manipulate anything electronic and in the computer field. To me, this is an exciting new challenge!
My son has just launched his own social marketing platform - gigmylife.com - where he brings buyers and sellers together. Here you can offer a gig (service or product - digital (electronic) or physical), naming your price, which can be ordered by people visiting the website. If you are looking for a specific service or product, you can also put in requests for people to supply you with the product or service.
As I am very excited about his venture, I added a gig (new concept to me!) on his website. I now sell my handmade cards on his website! These can be personalised cards made for a specific occasion, or sets of Christmas or any occasion cards.
